Express Service Advisor Needed to cater our Toyota Care Clients! -Great Service, Quick and Efficient!

Our service business is booming and we are looking for the right candidate that can deliver a quick, efficient customer service experience to our valued customers. We are looking for quality, efficiency and timeliness.

We are looking for an Express Service Advisor to assist with our Toyota Care customers!   We offer hourly pay as well as CSI bonus earning potential.  We are willing to train the right candidate!

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the express service lanes
• Train, develop and oversee the express techs
• Insure quality control
• Enhance the customer experience

Job Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills are a must
• Must be able to manage a team, motivate and develop
• Experience with automotive software
• Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment
